Port of Olympia Cogeneration/District Heating - regulatory and technical assistance for 350kW waste-water treatment plant cogeneration project in Olympia, Washington. Excess heat used to serve new LOTT administration buildings in district heating loop.
Distributed Generation Interconnection Standards, Washington State - principal reviewer of Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission development of distributed generator interconnection rulemaking. Key player in guiding the process toward a more equitable and efficient final rulemaking.
Resource Conservation Manager (RCM) Program, Lake Washington School District - helping save over $1.2M each year through nationally-recognized and award-winning RCM program.  Management of low-cost, no-cost energy reduction techniques at 45 schools.  Includes behavioral education and building management changes that have little or no impact to interior comfort.
Clean Energy Regional Applications Center (RAC) technical support Washington State University Energy Program/US Department of Energy - provide technical and general outreach assistance to Pacific Northwest Clean Energy initiatives and projects.
